• Receive all incoming invoices (mail, email, and fax)
• Scan and verify invoices
• Process all invoices timely
• Assist to ensure on time payment of invoices
• Provide internal and external customer service
• Enter bank wire requests
• Apply pre-payments for monthly AMEX charges
• Gather and support monthly visa charges for employees
• Perform weekly audits of all incoming emailed invoices
• Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management
• Follow legal policies as directed

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word and MS Excel)
• Good communication skills
• Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

• Mirosoft Office
• Oracle eBusiness Suite

• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent education

• Accounts Payable Certification

• This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions
• You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required
