You will maintain CIP records, prepare entries that move costs toward capitalization, and own reconciliations and supporting schedules behind the construction in progress balance.
This role entails preparing monthly accruals and cost-to-complete analyses, supporting project setup and cost coding, and delivering analyses that support in-service and useful life
