Integrative Emergency Services, LLC ("IES") is seeking a Practice Administrator to provide operational support to Medical Directors, Emergency Room Physicians, and APPs associated with our hospital partners. The role serves as the primary liaison and coordinator between IES Operations, the Provider Group, and hospital administration, primarily supporting 8 Emerging Neighborhood micro‑hospitals in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Medical Directors, hospital administration, managers, clinicians, nursing, PA, and IES personnel.
- Ensure timely completion and maintenance of fair and adequate clinician schedules, including import to databases and release to clinicians; cover all shifts and resolve call‑outs promptly.
- Provide administrative support to the department, including the medical directors, clinicians, and support staff; facilitate connections with appropriate personnel for assistance when required.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and calendars; answer and screen clinician calls; organize education, social, and quality events.
- Maintain proper documentation, assist with writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implementing/maintaining employee records at the site level.
- Maintain clinical and/or operations dashboards; run/create reports that track and trend data; monitor and report metrics.
- Assist with development and execution of operational strategies and planning activities; provide input and adhere to all processes.
- Partner with IES departments (Payroll, HR, Credentialing & Enrollment, Recruiting) on processes/requests; provide timely process inputs.
- Ensure new hires are oriented, trained, and new‑hire checklist completed; coordinate trainings/educational courses including shadow/orientation shifts.

Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years medical office management or related experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6 months scheduling experience
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and other desktop systems
- Vision requirements: ability to see at close and distant ranges, peripheral vision, depth perception, adjust focus
- Regularly required to talk and hear
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, and reach; ability to walk through hospital‑based departments across broad campus settings, including emergency department environments
- Ability to perform typical office activities: sit for periods while performing computer‑based work, file activity, lift and carry supplies (paper reams, mail, etc.)
- Occasional lift/move up to 20‑25 pounds
- Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding)
