Job DescriptionWe are looking for an exceptional admin assistant who thrives by anticipating needs before they arise.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the trusted right hand to two leaders, managing complex calendars and prioritizing critical engagements.
- Orchestrate seamless domestic and international travel and worldwide meetings.
- Handle high‑level correspondence, presentations, and reports with discretion.
- Plan and execute leadership meetings, employee celebrations, and strategic planning sessions.
- Maintain SharePoint sites, organizational charts, and recognition programs.
- Anticipate needs and resolve challenges before they impact leadership.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Strategic thinking with flawless execution.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a passion for excellence.
- High School diploma/GED.
- 7 years of experience supporting leaders in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
- 5 years of experience coordinating international & domestic travel for leaders.
- Strong project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
- Superior problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Maintaining highest confidentiality and professionalism.
- Work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders internally & externally.
- Quickly ramp on new systems and processes.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical & problem‑solving skills.
- Work in teams and collaborate across functions.
- Initiative and drive for results.
- Strong time management for on‑time delivery.
This role is on‑site Monday‑Friday. Texas Instruments will not sponsor visa or work authorization.
