As the Office Manager you will serve as a key administrative partner to executive leadership while supporting day to day office operations. This role combines executive support, office management, and client‑facing responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and ownership.
Responsibilities- Provide high‑level administrative support to executive leadership and internal teams
- Serve as the first point of contact by managing phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
- Proofread, format, and prepare professional documents and correspondence
- Manage data entry, spreadsheets, project trackers, and CRM systems
- Coordinate staff training, company meetings, client events, and internal functions
- Assist with RFQs and digital submissions
- Support invoicing, timesheets, and expense reporting
- Oversee office operations including supplies, aesthetics, and general upkeep
- Coordinate holiday outreach, client gifts, and event RSVPs
- 5+ years of experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or senior administrative support role
- Experience supporting executives in a professional services, architecture, or design environment is a plus
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
Adobe InDesign and Photoshop experience required - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, constantly changing, in‑office setting
