Job Overview

Akkodis is seeking a Database Administrator for a contract with a client in Dallas, TX. The candidate must have proven experience in data entry within SAP or Salesforce environments and strong attention to detail. Rate Range: $15/hour to $18/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Process customer orders accurately using SAP or related systems, ensuring timely and error-free execution.
• Maintain and update customer master data and contract information in accordance with internal guidelines.
• Review and validate data entries for completeness, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and support smooth order processing.
• Track and document transactional activities, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Support reporting and administrative tasks using tools like Microsoft Excel and Salesforce (SFDC).

• High school diploma or associate degree; a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in data entry or order management roles.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP and/or Salesforce (SFDC) for order processing and data maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail for accurate data validation and documentation.
