UT Southwestern is actively seeking a Moving Attendant to join our Facilities Management team. We are looking for someone that is reliable and motivated to support department and office relocations by moving, assembling, and setting up furniture, equipment, and supplies
. This role helps prepare rooms for events and assists with general moving tasks across the organization; works under close supervision to perform routine moving duties.
A valid Texas driver’s license is required. While no experience is necessary, six months of moving experience is preferred. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Work Location:
Dallas Campus; assist other UTSW locations as needed.
Shift Requirement:
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with overtime when needed.

Minimum 8th grade education and no experience required.
Valid Texas driver’s license. Valid state of Texas driver’s license upon hire.
Preferred- Experience:
Six (6) months moving experience
- Assists in department and office relocation by moving and setting up furniture, office supplies, and equipment.
- Assembles and disassembles office furniture and lab equipment.
- Sets up rooms for events by moving chairs and furniture as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
