Compensation: $19.00 - $28.00 / hour
DescriptionUnilux Brand We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Events and Sales Assistant to join our team and play a key role in the planning and execution of various corporate and private events. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for event management and sales, eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the events team to coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure each event runs smoothly from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including setup and breakdown processes.
- Support the sales team by managing client inquiries and following up on leads.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies for events.
- Maintain event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Develop promotional materials and assist in marketing campaigns for upcoming events.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with event management software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to anticipate needs and solve problems.
