We are currently hiring a competitive Project Coordinator to help manage our fast‑paced environment, create a consistent positive customer experience for our clients, and drive productivity in their respective region. This position is critical for the overall success of the branch and offers the opportunity to build influence company‑wide.
Status: Full‑Time – Monday through Friday.
Compensation: $22.00 – $24.00 Hourly.

Job Responsibilities- Collaborate with vendors, sub‑contractors, customers, and sales team members on multiple projects at any time
- Oversee projects to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all visitors
- Process deposits and final payments for assigned projects
- Coordinate office supply orders and vendor management
- Provide general clerical and administrative support
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Well organized, accurate, and detail‑oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of leadership
