Responsibilities
- Prepare shipping and UPS World Ship labels
- Create packing slips
- Schedule outbound shipments
- Billing and invoicing
- Order processing
- Collections follow-up
- Filing and general office support
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of administrative office experience
- Billing and logistics experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
- General office skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Team player with the ability to multitask
- Integrity is a must
