We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who excels in managing complex schedules, preparing legal documents, and coordinating detailed travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working in a dynamic legal environment.

• Maintain and coordinate an active calendar of appointments, ensuring schedules are organized and updated regularly.


• Accurately prepare and submit expense reports, adhering to established procedures.


• Arrange intricate travel plans, itineraries, and agendas to support seamless operations.


• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with attorneys, senior management, partners, and other stakeholders.


• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.


• Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.


• Draft, review, and edit legal communications and litigation documents with precision.


• Act as a witness or notary during client document signings, ensuring compliance with legal standards.


• Assist with personal tasks, including managing finances and scheduling appointments.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal administrative support, preferably in litigation.

• Proficiency in managing litigation-related tasks such as e-filing, drafting pleadings, and trial preparation.

• Strong organizational skills with experience in handling complex calendars and docket management.

• Knowledge and experience in working with complex business, commercial, or defense litigation.

• Ability to prepare and edit legal documents with exceptional attention to detail.

• Skilled in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with legal processes and procedures, including filing and document handling.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
