• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with attorneys, senior management, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Draft, review, and edit legal communications and litigation documents with precision.
• Act as a witness or notary during client document signings, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
