AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Assit. Business Office Manager (ABOM) to join our family!

Business Office Manager (ABOM) who organizes and performs business office functions to include accounting, personnel, bookkeeping, secretarial, and medical records.

- four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility business office setting with specific billing/collecting and patient trust accounting experience.
- Prior supervisor experience in a business office setting preferred.
- Point Click Care (PCC) billing system experience preferred.
- Assist the Business Office Manager with daily administrative duties and assigned tasks.
- Provide support with office operations and maintain organized documentation.
- Assist with maintaining and organizing resident medical records.
- Scan and upload medical records and related documentation into the appropriate electronic system.
- Ensure documents are uploaded accurately and assigned to the correct resident record.
- Review scanned documents for legibility and completeness.
- File and organize medical records according to facility procedures.
- Assist with retrieving records and documentation when requested.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information.
- Follow facility policies and procedures regarding medical records, documentation, and privacy.
- Communicate with appropriate departments to obtain missing or required documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the BOM or Administrator.
