Position Overview The Loyalty Data Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the data integrity and accuracy of the Warwick Journeys loyalty program. This role supports day-to-day loyalty operations, member recognition, reporting and collaboration with hotel and corporate teams to support a seamless member experience.#####

Key Responsibilities
* Database & Data Integrity
* Maintain and monitor member profiles to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness across the database.
* Identify and resolve duplicate profiles and standardize demographic information such as city, state, postal code, and country.
* Identify gaps in database protocols and recommend improvements to maintain data quality.
* Loyalty Program Operations
* Support daily operations of the Warwick Journeys loyalty program, ensuring proper recognition of members at participating hotels.
* Update CRM records, including profile updates, credit allocations, and follow-up actions.
* Collaborate with hotel teams and corporate departments to improve database quality and member experience.
