- 항공 및 육상(트럭) 운송 과정을 포함한 제품 이동 전체 프로세스 모니터링 및 관리
- 다양한 채널을 통한 배송 추적
- 공급망 KPI(Key Performance Indicators) 보고
- 고객, 운송사, 내부 직원과 일일 커뮤니케이션
- 팀 목표 달성을 위한 물류 절차 수행 지원
- 팀 물류 운영과 관련된 모든 거래 기록 유지
- 운송/물류 시스템과 관련된 문제 및 불일치 사항 모니터링 및 해결
- 계정 문서 최신화 및 체계적 보관
- 비용 효율적인 물류 운송 방법 분석
- 현장 관리자 및 동료와 협업하여 운영 효율성 확보
- 필요 시 임시 보고(Ad-hoc Reporting) 수행
- 기타 직무 관련 업무 수행
- 학사 학위 선호
- 물류 업계 경험 1~3년 이상, 포워딩(Freight Forwarding) 및 전략 계획 관련 지식 포함
- 우수한 분석 및 문제 해결 능력
- 세부 사항에 주의하며 다중 업무 관리 가능
- 고객 서비스에 대한 긍정적 태도
- Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word 등 Microsoft Office 능숙
- 뛰어난 대인관계 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 압박 속에서도 효율적으로 업무 수행 가능, 긴급 상황 대응 능력
- 강한 직업 윤리
- 한국어 능통 필수
- 미국 내 최대 10% 출장 가능
- 미국에서 일할수 있는 자격 보유
