Pay: $20-23/ hour
Shift: 8am-5pm M-F
Start: ASAP
Seeking a temporary administrative assistant for a print shop office. This individual would provide administrative support to both the Customer Service and Operations teams. Customer service experience would be a plus but is not required. There may be potential for this role to transition into a full-time Customer Service Representative position if a long-term need is determined.
Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:- Creating job jackets
- Auditing orders
- Pulling samples and printing proofs
- Filing job jackets
- Obtaining job status updates from the production floor
- Reviewing and checking artwork
- Processing orders through Conexiom
- Providing order entry support
- Sending customer order acknowledgments and tracking information
- Managing documentation and filing
- Assisting with data cleanup and reporting
- Supporting shipping documentation processes
- Office Depot Orders
- Computer proficient (basic)
- Working Microsoft Excel knowledge (basic)
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Walking the production floor
- Light lifting (sample boxes, etc)
- Extended periods of standing and sitting
