Overview
We are seeking aReceptionist,also referred to asaClinic
Receptionistor Hospital Receptionist.
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and helps create a welcoming, organized, and professionalclinicexperience. This position supports daily front office operations by answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and ensuring required paperwork is completed.
Shifts Available: PRN
Employment Type: Days
Hours:8-hour shift
Location: DMCMG Cartwright Office– Mesquite, TX

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct patients, providers, and staff appropriately
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments following provider protocols
- Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other payments according to company policy
- Assist with paperwork, front office tasks, and other duties or special projects as assigned
