We are currently seeking a skilled Automotive Painter to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Automotive Painter to play a key role in our shop's daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and applying paint to vehicles, ensuring a high‑quality finish that meets our customers' expectations. If you have a passion for automotive painting, an eye for detail, and a minimum of three years of prior experience in the field, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired finish.
- Paint can be applied to vehicles using various techniques (spray guns, brushes, etc.).
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets our quality standards.
- Perform touch‑up and repair work as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Follow safety and environmental regulations.
- Minimum of three years of prior experience as an Automotive Painter.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and automotive painting equipment.
- Detail‑oriented with a keen eye for color matching and finish quality.

Job Type: Full‑time.
Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week.
Benefits: Paid time off.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities.
Experience: Auto painting: 5 years (Preferred).
Job‑related location requirement: Candidates must be within a 25‑mile radius.
