Key Responsibilities
- Initial Disassembly:
Perform the initial careful dismantling of vehicle interiors and relevant components, classify them, and store them appropriately. - Interior Reassembly and Adjustment:
Reassemble and adjust vehicle interiors post-armoring, ensuring the correct installation of:- Dashboard components.
- Seats and safety elements (airbags, seat belts, electronic modules, etc.).
- Roof lining and interior panels.
- Wiring and electrical connections.
- Glass Installation:
Assemble armored glass, including the installation and functionality of window regulators/lifts and proper sealing for fixed glass installations. - Quality Assurance:
Ensure all work adheres strictly to quality, aesthetic, and functional standards set by both the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the company.
