• Diagnose and repair European luxury and performance vehicles (Jaguar, Land Rover, etc.), ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in European vehicle technology through ongoing training and technical service bulletins.
• Use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Provide clear, professional communication with customers regarding vehicle issues services, and repairs.

• Maintain a and organized work environment, adhering to safety and company policies.

• 2+ years of experience with European vehicles (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of European automotive systems, including advanced diagnostics and repair techniques.
• Ability to work with factory-level diagnostic tools and vehicle-specific software.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to customers in a clear, concise manner.
• A strong passion for high-end vehicles and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check and drug test).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
