About the Role

4 Level Coach is seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Software Integrator with experience in construction or construction software. In this role, you will help clients successfully implement and integrate Job Tread software into their daily operations to enhance project management, budgeting, and communication efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Become an expert in Job Tread and/or Builder Trend and lead client integrations.
• Customize Job Tread features to fit specific home building and remodeling workflows.
• Train and support users in project management, budgeting, and scheduling functions.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to align software with project needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software integration or user issues.
• Monitor and optimize software utilization for maximum efficiency.
• Develop user guides and documentation for software adoption.
• Stay informed on product updates and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in the construction or home building industry (Project Coordinator or Project Manager experience preferred).
• Experience with Job Tread, Builder Trend, or other construction management software.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new programs quickly.
• Understanding of construction workflows and project life cycles.
• Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote environment.
• Creative, analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-time position.
• Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
  , based on experience.
• 3 weeks paid vacation
  , 5 sick days
  , and your birthday off

• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.
  
  -4:00 p.m. EST.
• Fully remote (occasional travel for training or meetings).
• Occasional after-hours meetings as needed.
