Job Overview – Proposal Writer, Diligence Services (Temporary):

Atlantic Group is hiring a Proposal Writer, Diligence Services (Temporary) in Dallas, TX with our client. In this temporary role, you’ll manage RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs across investment and client service teams, collaborating with experts in portfolio management, compliance, and marketing. Ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong writing, project management, and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilitiesas the Proposal Writer, Diligence Services:
- Proposal Management: Lead the creation and delivery of high-quality RFP, RFI, and DDQ responses for institutional and intermediary clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Portfolio Management, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations to collect and verify proposal content.
- Content Development: Write, edit, and tailor responses to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Data & Systems Management: Maintain and update internal databases to keep proposal content current and reliable.
- Quality & Process Improvement: Review deliverables for accuracy and compliance while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and content management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Finance, or a related field required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience writing and managing RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, preferably within investment management, financial services, or legal sectors.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and content management systems, with familiarity in proposal tools such as Loopio, Qvidian, or RFPIO. - Industry Knowledge: Understanding of investment products, performance metrics, and compliance processes within the asset management industry.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts while staying organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
