Procurement Specialist

Support procurement operations by administering the Coupa purchasing and contract management platform. Partner with internal stakeholders, finance, legal, and vendors to ensure purchasing activity, reporting, and supplier data are accurate, compliant, and efficient.

• Review and process purchase requests and approvals in Coupa
• Monitor purchase orders and troubleshoot Coupa related issues
• Support users with access, delegations, reporting, and system questions
• Produce spend, contract, and supplier reports for leadership
• Maintain contract, supplier, and documentation repositories
• Manage PO change requests, renewals, and audit logs
• Support RFx activities and assist with vendor negotiations
• Coordinate vendor documentation and compliance requirements
• Assist with ad hoc procurement projects and process improvements

• Hands on experience with Coupa or similar procurement platforms
• Knowledge of sourcing, contracts, and vendor management
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
