Allowing businesses to earn points and rewards for everyday business costs (bills, suppliers, wages etc.), this business is on an incredible rise and now looking for a Product Lead to be one of their first, and most pivotal US hires to help drive the product into the US market!
Joining as the U.S. Product Lead, reporting to the Head of Product, this is a critical, hybrid role that ensures the global product resonates, complies, and succeeds in the U.S. market. You will blend strategic vision with detailed execution, shaping the U.S. product roadmap, validating compliance, and driving launch readiness. Ideal for a passionate, collaborative leader comfortable influencing cross‑functional teams in a high‑growth environment.

- Shape the U.S. product narrative — how the product works, differentiates, and scales locally
- Partner with the Head of Product to define what “great” looks like in the U.S. across Payables, Receivables, Rewards, App, and onboarding
- Conduct structured discovery across the U.S. market and maintain a prioritized insight backlog
- Identify customer behaviors, regulatory nuances, operational needs, and competitive dynamics
- Work with U.S. leadership to validate insights and shape commercial opportunities
- Translate market learnings into clear product requirements and actionable recommendations
- Advocate for U.S. market needs in global roadmap reviews, planning cycles, and prioritization discussions
- Ensure U.S. requirements are visible, well‑defined, and consistently communicated to global squads.
- Assess product‑market fit signals and recommend strategic adjustments
- Define epics, user stories, and U.S. localization requirements for global engineering teams
- Produce detailed documentation covering compliance requirements, user journeys, and operational considerations
- Work cross‑functionally across squads (Payables, Receivables, Rewards, Growth, App) and influence delivery without owning a dedicated engineering team
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or a related role within fintech, payments, rewards, or SaaS
- Familiarity with U.S. compliance requirements in payments or financial services (strongly preferred)
- Proven success working within global or distributed product teams
- Strong expertise in customer discovery, localization, and adapting products to new markets
- Demonstrated ability to write clear user stories, define detailed requirements and support engineering teams through delivery
- Experience contributing to product launches, readiness planning, and post‑launch iteration
- Appreciation of the Product’s team location (Australia) and willingness to work occasional odd hours to accommodate time zones
