Account Executive

Responsibilities

• This position begins as 100% commission based. Many of our top producers earn within their first few weeks by following our proven systems and leveraging warm leads. Income grows with consistency and performance.
• As an independent contractor, you’ll have full control over your schedule. Your success is directly tied to your effort, consistency, and ability to build relationships with clients.
• You’ll receive access to a CRM with warm leads, an auto‑dialer, proven scripts, and a comprehensive onboarding system to help you get started confidently.
• While training is not mandatory, we provide team huddles, on‑demand training videos, success calls, coaching sessions, and 1‑on‑1 support from top‑performing leaders.
• To begin, a one‑a‑month investment of $190 is required to activate your tech package. This includes your CRM access, dialer, onboarding materials, and support tools.
• Andtons promotes from within. As you reach production milestones, you’ll have the opportunity to move into leadership roles including AVP, VP, and beyond—complete with additional earning potential, overrides, and strategic involvement in the company.
