We have an immediate opening for a Leasing Professional at our Claro Court apartment community located in Dallas, TX.

Job Overview

At our company, Leasing Specialists are the welcoming face of our communities—connecting with future and current residents to deliver personalized, professional experience. From guiding tours to supporting renewals, they bring high energy, strong communication, and a service‑first attitude that reflects our mission and core values.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to resident requests and problems with a high level of customer service
  • Respond to site visits and telephone inquiries and conduct tours of the property
  • Optimize occupancy while maximizing effective leased rent
  • Use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic levels
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of property and our competition
  • Prepare all lease‑related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
  • Follow policies and procedures in the qualification, screening, and acceptance of applicants
  • Walk move‑ins to ensure readiness
