Role DescriptionFull‑time remote Director of Business Development. In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage lead generation efforts, build and maintain client relationships, negotiate contracts, and implement strategic business planning. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the growth and success of Silverado Hospice Dallas.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in the healthcare or hospice sector is preferred
