Join a national leader in sustainable industrial packaging solutions with more than three decades of success and a rapidly expanding presence across North America. This is a high-impact field-based role where you will manage a strong existing book of business while driving new growth across the Texas market.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will spend your time building deep customer relationships, uncovering opportunities across multiple industrial segments, and partnering with internal teams to deliver best-in-class packaging and environmental solutions. This is a full sales cycle position with a mix of 60 percent existing business and 40 percent net-new development.
You will also work closely with the Vice President of Sales and be part of a collaborative, high-performing sales team in a company known for its commitment to sustainability, operational excellence, and customer success.
Qualifications3–5+ years of industrial sales experience; packaging industry experience required. Experience managing and growing a large book of business. Proven full-cycle hunter with a track record of generating net-new revenue. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to travel throughout the Texas market. Compensationand Benefits
- 115K–125K base salary + quarterly bonus structure (140K+ OTE)
