Location
You will be based in New York or Dallas. Our east coast hub is in New York City and we’re proud of the work we’ve done here to help clients disrupt their industries. The Dallas office is the home of Elixirr Digital’s US headquarters, driving our data, AI and הנש digital solutions.
Job Summary
We’re building the best consulting firm in the world. So, we are looking for outstanding consultants with 3‑5 years’ experience to join our global team. You will be ready (and excited) to hit the ground running, make a real impact on our client’s business, and help shape their thinking from day one.
- A graduate of minimum bachelor’s degree and/or post‑graduate degree (any discipline) or equivalent qualification with স্থান 3‑5 کہنا experience
- Able to work with clients as a trusted advisor, understand their business challenges, and deliver the highest quality of work beyond expectations
- Intellectually curious with strong qualitative and quantitative skills commons
- Passionate about solving problems and astutely commercially aware
- An excellent written and verbal communicator with tip‑top presentation skills
- Able to use Excel and PowerPoint to powerfully communicate with senior stakeholders
- A real team player, able to work and build strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds internally and externally
- A confident self‑starter who demonstrates resilience in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment, with determination to deliver beyond expectations for clients
- Willing to travel locally or globally at short notice to meet client demands
- Self‑aware, embracing feedback to strive for continual improvement and support the development of others around you
