Job Overview

Sales Operations Coordinator at Molson Coors Beverage Company, Dallas, TX. Salary range: $51,300.00$67,300.00 per year, based on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the product supply readiness process for major retail activities, including communication and incorporation of chain forecasts, inventory, and shipment timing to assess actions required, influence production and close order gaps.
  • Lead new item forecasting to support distributor ordering.
  • Support product authorization process and SKU optimization initiatives.
  • Manage regional truck decal budget to ensure funds are spent appropriately to drive brand awareness.
  • Create centralized reports and scorecards to communicate progress and opportunities for regional initiatives, monthly business objectives, incentives, executional priorities, operations, core SKU compliance, key new item orders, and distributor communications.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field OR equivalent.
  • 2+ years progressive experience in sales, sales operations, or marketing.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to complete complex projects quickly.
  • Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills.
  • Accountability, integrity, and commitment to results.

Pay & Incentives

Base salary range is $51,300.00$67,300.00
. Target short‑term incentive: 10%. Average annual benefits spend: $23,000 per employee.
