Role Description

The Product Manager at Merit Bey is responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and execution for data-driven platforms, research tools, and digital intelligence solutions. This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering, research, and design teams to deliver products that solve real client problems and create measurable value.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, technical understanding, and customer empathy to drive product success from ideation to launch and beyond.

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with Merit Bey’s strategic goals
• Gather and prioritize product requirements through client feedback, market research, and internal insights
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineering, research, data, and design teams to deliver high-quality products
• Lead product discovery, solution design, and feature prioritization using data-driven decision-making
• Manage product backlog and ensure timely delivery through Agile development practices
• Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure product compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards
• Support go-to-market planning, product positioning, and internal enablement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 5–10 years of experience in product management
  , preferably in B2B, SaaS, analytics, or digital platforms
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data teams
• Ability to analyze user needs, market trends, and business data to inform product decisions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Productboard, or similar
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Familiarity with data analytics, AI-driven products, or research platforms is a plus
