Lead regional payer account strategy and execution for Bayer in the Pacific Northwest, focusing on optimizing product access, reimbursement, and policy engagement.
Responsibilities:- develop and implement customer engagement strategies
- manage relationships with Regional Payers and PBMs
- drive profitable access and favorable policies through commercialization and lifecycle management
- collaborate with field teams, National Accounts, and internal stakeholders to foster alignment
- lead cross-functional Mission Teams to address access needs
- represent Bayer at industry events
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
- 10+ years in pharmaceutical management roles with at least 3 years in managed markets and team leadership
- experience in market access strategies, PBM/Payer negotiations, and understanding of payer business models
- strategic, collaborative, results-oriented mindset
- extensive managed markets experience

- residence-based in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, or Wyoming
