Urgent position of Product Manager (Local Only)
Location – Dallas,TX (Onsite)
Project ScopeWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Online/Digital Banking platforms with a strong background in enterprise applications and banking technology.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and banking stakeholders to deliver digital banking solutions.
- Drive requirement gathering, prioritization, and product delivery.
- Lead GenAI and RAG-based initiatives to enhance customer and business experiences.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and high-availability product design and implementation.
- 10+ years of Product Management / Technical Business Analysis experience on enterprise-scale applications.
- Product Management experience with Banking customers, preferably Online/Digital Banking platforms.
- Strong understanding of N-tier application architecture and end-to-end request lifecycle (UI Services Integrations Data).
- Deep knowledge of APIs, middleware, databases, backend services, and batch processing.
- Experience translating business requirements into product roadmaps, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, synchronous/asynchronous workflows, and message queues.
- Ability to review and document architecture, sequence flows, and integration designs.
- Experience with GenAI, Machine Learning, and AI-powered enterprise solutions.
- Understanding of RAG architecture, vector databases, embeddings, and vectorization.
- Knowledge of chunking strategies (fixed, semantic, overlapping) and their impact on retrieval quality.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM solutions into enterprise applications
