Role Description

Freightbrokersputanincredibleamountoftrustin Highwayandthattrustwillbeextendedtoyou.

Theyexpectasecureprocessandtimelysupportfortheircarrierscompletingtheprocess.

Thisroleisresponsibleforensuring Highway’soperationalprocesseswiththe

Riskteamareoptimizedatalltimestoensurethatallassociatedincidentsareaddressed.

Yourrole:

• Monitors Highway’sRiskqueue,ensuringresponsivenessandthatcasehandlingSOPsarefollowed.
• Responsibleforoverseeingthe Riskqueue,anduserauthenticationandauthoritytoensuresecureimplementationtopreventincidentsoffraud.
• Escalateto Risk Operations Managerasnecessarytoreviewfraudincidentsanddocumentallassociateddatapoints .
• Behighlyresponsive,withafeedbacklooptomitigateriskandimprovecustomerexperience.
• Workscloselywiththe Operations Teaminhandlingescalatedcasesthatrequireadditionaloversightandreview .
• Makesandsuggestsupdatestotheapplicationasrequiredtoaddresssystembugsandissuesandtoensuretheaccurateoperationoftheapplication.
• Otherdutiesincludetroubleshootingtechnicalproblemsandprovidingindividualsolutionsforusersof Highway’sapplication.
• Demonstrateresponsivenessinrespondingtointernalandexternalcommunicationwiththeabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesatonetime.
• Workcohesivelywithothermembersofthe Highway Teaminanefforttoserveourcustomerswell .
• Thisroledoesrequiresomeremoteand“on-call”after hours,weekendsandholidays.

• Technicalaptitudeandanalyticalproblemsolvingskills.
• Transportationandlogisticsbackgroundisaplus.
• Familiaritywithtoolssuchas Active Adminfor Rubyon Rails .
• ExperiencewithSQLand/or Microsoft

• Excellentcommunicationskillsandthrivesinafastpacedandurgentenvironment.
