Riskteamareoptimizedatalltimestoensurethatallassociatedincidentsareaddressed.

• Monitors Highway'sRiskqueue,ensuringresponsivenessandthatcasehandlingSOPsarefollowed.
• Responsibleforoverseeingthe Riskqueue,anduserauthenticationandauthoritytoensuresecureimplementationtopreventincidentsoffraud.
• Escalate to Risk Operations Managerasnecessarytoreviewfraudincidentsanddocumentallassociateddatapoints .
• Behighlyresponsive,withafeedbacklooptomitigateriskandimprovecustomerexperience.
• Workscloselywiththe Operations Teaminhandlingescalatedcasesthatrequireadditionaloversightandreview .
• Makesandsuggestsupdatestotheapplicationasrequiredtoaddresssystembugsandissuesandtoensuretheaccurateoperationoftheapplication.
• Otherdutiesincludetroubleshootingtechnicalproblemsandprovidingindividualsolutionsforusersof Highway'sapplication.
• Demonstrateresponsivenessinrespondingtointernalandexternalcommunicationwiththeabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesatonetime.
• Workcohesivelywithothermembersofthe Highway Teaminanefforttoserveourcustomerswell .
• Thisroledoesrequiresomeremoteand"on-call"after hours,weekendsandholidays.
