  • Represent assigned programs in cross-functional planning, governance, and executive review forums.
Portfolio Reporting and Executive Visibility
  • Maintain reliable portfolio reporting on milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, capacity constraints, and recovery actions so leaders can assess delivery confidence and intervene when needed.
  • Coordinate program inputs to roadmap reviews, quarterly business reviews, and resource-planning discussions, presenting clear impacts, options, and recommended tradeoffs.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex program information into concise executive updates, decision requests, risk assessments, tradeoff recommendations, and recovery plans.
  • Proficiency with project or portfolio management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or , along with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with demonstrated ability to build integrated schedules, risk, assumption, issue, and dependency logs; RACI matrices; decision records; and executive program reporting.
