Fund Operations Analyst

We're hiring an early-career Operations Analyst to join the Fund Services team at a leading global asset manager. This team handles the setup, launch, and ongoing lifecycle of alternative investment funds, working with internal business groups and outside service providers to keep every step accurate and on schedule. • Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, 40-50 hour weeks
• Experience:
  
  0-2 years, entry-level welcome

• Coordinate day-to-day activity for new fund launches and other fund events
• Maintain project plans, launch checklists, trackers, and workflow tools
• Schedule working-group meetings, prepare agendas, and capture notes and action items
• Follow up with internal stakeholders on tasks, information, and deadlines
• Keep accurate records for fund launches, changes, restructurings, and terminations
• Gather and organize information for internal system setup and service-provider onboarding
• Set up new funds in internal systems using fund documentation
• Validate data to confirm it is complete and consistent across trackers and materials
• Flag missing information, overdue items, or process issues and elevate them appropriately
• Prepare status reports, management updates, and presentation materials
• Support ad hoc projects and process‑improvement efforts

• Strong organization and time management with close attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and hit deadlines
• Comfort following documented procedures, asking questions, and escalating issues
• A team-oriented, dependable, professional approach, including handling confidential information with care
• Genuine interest in investment products, fund operations, and asset management
• Experience in asset management or program/project management is a plus
