Your activities may include:

• Connecting with people interested in personal and professional development
• Having introductory conversations to understand their goals and interests
• Introducing personal and professional development programs
• Following an established process for conversations and follow-up
• Building professional relationships through networking and online outreach
• Participating in ongoing leadership, business and professional development training
• Managing your own schedule and daily activity

This may be a strong fit if you:

• Have at least five years of professional experience
• Communicate well and enjoy connecting with people
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Follow through consistently
• Are willing to learn new skills and follow an established process
• Are comfortable with relationship building, prospecting and client conversations
• Value flexibility, personal accountability and continued growth

Professionals from many backgrounds may bring valuable experience to this work, including leadership, project and program management, consulting, HR, education, healthcare, military leadership, business ownership, sales and client services.
