Chief of Staff to the President
Reporting directly to the President, the Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner and advisor, playing a pivotal role in aligning and executing the company’s commercial and enterprise-wide priorities. This individual will streamline strategic initiatives, enhance cross-functional communication, and ensure the President’s objectives are effectively implemented across the organization.
The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted thought partner—helping shape and drive strategies to accelerate revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster team alignment with the company’s mission and values. Working closely with senior leaders, this role will facilitate clarity, focus, and shared context around key business priorities.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in business consulting, operations, and commercial strategy, along with a track record of translating ideas into outcomes in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
This is a high-potential leadership role designed as a stepping stone into broader executive responsibility. The expectation is that, after building deep knowledge of the business, the Chief of Staff will transition into leading a major function or business unit. Notably, the last two Chiefs of Staff transitioned into core leadership roles: one now leads our Network team, and the other leads the Employer & Health Plan surface area.
