* Job Description:

** We are seeking a Senior Professional Business Analyst to lead end-to-end, cross-functional process optimization initiatives. In this role, you will analyze complex workflows, apply lean/re-engineering methodologies, design metrics, and facilitate change to drive operational excellence across the organization.### ###
** Key Responsibilities*** +
** Process Optimization & Execution:
** Independently scope, plan, and execute complex process improvement initiatives across diverse business functions.  +
** Analysis & Problem Solving:
** Map and evaluate existing workflows, using root-cause analysis to pinpoint operational bottlenecks, performance shortfalls, and inefficiencies.  +
** Cross-Functional Leadership:
** Assemble, facilitate, and lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver high-impact business solutions on time and within scope.  +
** Data & Performance Measurement:
** Establish advanced operational metrics, KPI dashboards, and leading indicators to track process efficiency and drive continuous improvement.  +
** Strategic Advisory:
** Consult with senior stakeholders on business process re-engineering (BPR) techniques to enhance quality, speed, and overall performance.  +
** Reporting & Presentation:
** Develop analytical reports and present data-driven recommendations, control plans, and methodology frameworks to key stakeholders.  +
** Mentorship & Mentoring:
** Guide, train, and coach junior Business Analysts in process methodologies, data tools, and problem-solving techniques.

** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field preferred

* Experience:

** Minimum of
** 3+ years
** of progressive experience in business analysis, operations management, or process engineering.
* ** Technical Expertise:
** Advanced proficiency in business analysis frameworks, process re-engineering methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and quantitative data analysis.
* ** Project & Team Leadership:
** Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end improvement projects independently.
* ** Communication:
** Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

** 77,700 - 90,000 USD
