The Role:

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager – Associate to join our Transaction Banking division, focused on delivering innovative payment servicing capabilities for our corporate clients,operationsandclient-servicing teams.

Inthisrole,youwillsupportthedevelopmentof web and API-based capabilities and the optimization of operational workflows and internal tools, enabling clients and internal users to manage payment servicing journeys seamlessly.

Youwillpartnerwithcross-functionalteamsincludingengineering,design,operations,and client-facing teams to enhance user experiences and translate complex payment servicing needs into automated, self-service and scalable digital products.

Responsibilities:

• Defineproductrequirementsforself-serveandautomatedpaymentservicing capabilities, based on client feedback and operational and corporate needs.
• Documentclearuserstoriesandacceptancecriteriatocollaborate,direct,andinform Design and Engineering resources
• Supportincreatingandmaintainingadetailedproductroadmapthatalignswith broader business goals.
• Participateinbackloggrooming,sprint planning,andprioritizationoffeaturestoensure timely delivery of enhancements.
• CollaboratewiththeUXdesignteamtoensuredigitalsolutionsmeetthehighusability and accessibility standards for corporate clients.
• Presentcomplexideasandprocessesineasytoconsumepresentationstogain stakeholder alignment and drive initiatives forward
• Analyzeuserbehavior,feedback,anddatatocontinuouslyrefineandenhanceproduct features.
• Workwithclient-facingandoperationsteams'userstogatherinsightsonpainpoints, product and process improvement opportunities
• Coordinatewithengineeringteamstoensureproductfeaturesaredeliveredontime and meet quality standards
• Develop and nurture collaborative working relationships with key internal partners includingbusinessteams,variousproductteams,legalandcompliance,and enterprise technology organizations.

Qualifications
:

Experience:

• Atleast3yearsofexperiencein digitalproductmanager,business analyst,or directly related experience
• Preferredatleast2yearsofexperienceworkingwithtransactionbanking or payments products

Technical

Skills:

• BasicknowledgeofUX/UIprinciplesandhowtheyapplytodigitalproductdesign
• WorkingknowledgeofAPIs,workfloworcase-management platforms,e.g.Service Now, PEGA, Salesforce
• Abilitytounderstandpaymentmessagingstandards,payment rails and operational change management is preferred
