Strategy & Operations Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will partner closely with senior leadership to turn complex operational and financial data into clear insights that shape business decisions. The analyst will support strategic initiatives, build scalable models, and help monitor performance across the organization. A strong candidate will bring a structured approach to ambiguous problems, with the ability to improve processes and communicate recommendations clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Compensation: $104,000 – $130,000 annually

• Own the analysis leadership relies on, monitoring KPI trends and diagnosing variances
• Build and maintain operational and financial models to inform business strategy
• Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for diverse audiences
• Identify and automate manual processes using tools like Google Apps Script and AI workflows
• Create and maintain dashboards that provide timely performance visibility to leadership
• Contribute to strategic initiatives from problem structuring to recommendation development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics drive decision-making

• 3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, finance, strategic planning, business analytics, or operational analysis in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills, with the ability to build scalable models from scratch
• Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script, AI-assisted coding, or similar tools for problem-solving
• Strong analytical skills to structure ambiguous problems and work with complex datasets
• High standard for accuracy and rigor while maintaining speed and quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting data to senior leadership
• Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders and colleagues across functions
