Parent/Child Instructor
Join The Little Gym International as a Parent/Child Instructor. This role involves conducting classes with children aged 4 months to 3 years and their caregivers, utilizing our proven curriculum and lesson plans.
Location & PayDallas, TX
The base pay range is $15.00/hr - $19.00/hr full‑time positions offer additional benefits.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer assistance and membership experiences.
- Conduct Parent/Child program classes and facilitate the weekly lesson plan.
- Utilize pre‑created lesson plans and music, focused on engaging, fun, and skill‑building activities.
- Support a positive, community‑oriented environment that impacts children’s confidence and development.
- Experience working with children 4 months to 3 years old.
- Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is advantageous but not required.
- Mature, energetic, and capable of creating a playful environment for kids.
Full‑time team members receive benefits. Part‑time and full‑time shifts are available, with flexible scheduling across the week.
