Construction Superintendent- Commercial

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead and manage commercial construction projects in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and hands‑on experience with commercial construction processes.

• Oversee daily construction operations on‑site for commercial projects.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Resolve on‑site issues promptly and maintain a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.

• Experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools.
