The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the light-industrial construction project from pre-construction through project closeout.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with project team, development representatives, and tenants to ensure coordination between the field and office teams
- Manage Schedule, Cost, and Quality
- Lead onsite safety by reviewing safety strategy, conducting inspections and offering safety training
- Review site plans and final contract for constructability
- Coordinate services with vendors and subcontractors
- Assist in project closeout and managing punch list
Requirements:
- 5+ years leading ground-up, industrial tilt-wall construction projects
- Experience on projects upwards of $25M
- Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction Science, Construction Management, or related area
