• Degree qualified, preferably in a construction‑related discipline
• Pre‑ and post‑contract experience in the United States
• Experience with large, multi‑million‑dollar construction projects
• Ability to take the initiative and deliver work of exceptional quality
• Strategic thinker with problem‑solving skills
• Client‑focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service
• Positive attitude with a willingness to engage actively
• Confident, engaging personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
