Job Overview

Our client is a full-service commercial and industrial construction staffing firm that provides guaranteed, reliable craftsmen to contractors who need them, where and when they need them, for as long as they need them. They were founded in 2003 and were created as a response to the construction industry's challenges with recruiting and hiring flexible, skilled craftsmen. • New business development to identify prospective customers within all verticals in their assigned market through inside/outside sales efforts.
• Uncovering positions to include electricians, plumbers, carpenters, HVAC, concrete, drywall, flaggers, glazers, and sheet metal to name a few.
• Walk new contractors onto construction sites to the hiring manager, ensure PPE, answer questions, etc.
• Maintain and grow relationships to identify upcoming projects through ABC, IEC and similar networking communities, construction journals and dodge reports.
• Provide local and travel services for skilled trades.
• Build out a market from scratch focusing on commercial construction staffing.

• Aggressive sales hunter skilled developing business through cold calling (inside/outside), canvassing, building relationships with project managers, sub-contractors and general contractors.
• Competitive.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Commercial Construction Staffing.
• 4-year college degree preferred.
• PTO.

• Salary + 1 year guarantee + commission.
