Construction Project Manager / Estimator – Environmental and Remediation Projects
This role leads environmental and remediation construction projects from bid through final completion. You will apply strong estimating skills, field coordination, and a deep understanding of abatement and remediation workflows.
Base Pay Range$85,000.00/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- Prepare detailed estimates and budgets for abatement, demolition, and mold/lead/asbestos remediation
- Plan and manage schedules, crews, subcontractors, and onsite activities
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee field operations and maintain strong client communication
- Track costs, manage change orders, and maintain accurate project documentation
