This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of Construction to join a rapidly scaling data center owner/operator delivering large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure across multiple regions. The organization is focused on disciplined growth, operational excellence, and long-term asset performance, with construction playing a central role in enabling that strategy.

As the Head of Construction, you will lead the planning, design, and execution of hyperscale and colocation data center developments
, overseeing the full construction lifecycle from pre-development through commissioning. You will be responsible for building construction processes from the ground up, scaling delivery across a growing portfolio, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to best-in-class safety and quality standards.

• Own and execute the construction strategy for a growing portfolio of hyperscale and colocation data centers
• Provide leadership across the full construction lifecycle, from due diligence and design through construction, commissioning, and handover
• Build and scale construction processes, standards, KPIs, and reporting from the ground up
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, managing GCs, EPCs, designers, and key vendors
• Drive schedules, budgets, safety, and quality across all builds while proactively mitigating delivery risks
• Lead and develop a high-performing internal construction team as the platform scales
• Partner closely with Real Estate, Finance, Design, and Operations to ensure alignment and long-term asset performance

• 15+ years of construction experience
  , including 5+ years in data center construction
• Background with a developer, owner/operator, or general contractor
• Proven delivery of 50MW+ mission-critical facilities
• Experience managing an entire portfolio or program of builds
• Demonstrated ability to build construction processes from the ground up and deliver projects end-to-end
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, power, cooling, and commissioning
• Experience managing complex contractor and vendor ecosystems
• Solid grasp of construction finance, cost controls, contracts, and risk management
