Estimator – Multifamily Construction

This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator with 2 to 5 years of experience to join a driven and collaborative preconstruction team. The Estimator will play a key role in pricing multifamily residential projects, working closely with developers, architects, trade partners, and internal teams to deliver competitive and accurate budgets.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, thrives under deadlines, and wants to grow within a performance-focused environment.

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for multifamily and mixed-use construction projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop comprehensive pricing and plan reviews.
• Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Develop cost breakdowns and support value engineering efforts.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, engineers, and trade partners to clarify scope and expectations.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and constructability considerations during preconstruction.
• Maintain organized documentation of assumptions, notes, and pricing for future reference.

• 2 to 5 years of estimating experience on multifamily or mixed-use construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, building systems, and materials.
• Estimating experience may be offset by relevant field experience.
• Proficiency with estimating and takeoff tools such as Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Procore, and Excel.
• Ability to work accurately under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
