A well-established paving and earthworks contractor in the DFW area is seeking an experienced construction professional to support field operations across concrete paving, earthworks, drainage, and utility scopes. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality work, values safety, and understands what it takes to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Support and oversee daily field operations on paving and civil projects
• Coordinate work across slipform concrete paving, earthworks, drainage, and utility scopes
• Ensure production goals, schedules, and quality standards are met
• Promote and enforce jobsite safety policies and procedures
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and project leadership
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documents
• Assist with material coordination, equipment planning, and workflow sequencing
• Identify and help resolve field issues to keep projects moving forward

• Experience in civil construction, paving, or earthworks environments
• Strong understanding of concrete paving, drainage, and underground utility work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment with multiple moving parts
• Familiarity with TxDOT or municipal roadway projects preferred
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
• Strong communication and field coordination skills

• Heavy highway, paving, and earthworks construction
• Asphalt paving operations (placement, compaction, QC)
• Mass grading, cut/fill, and site balancing
• Earthmoving and excavation
• TxDOT and municipal roadway projects
• Subgrade and base preparation
• Drainage, curb, and roadway infrastructure coordination
• Crew supervision and field leadership
• Equipment coordination (dozers, scrapers, graders, pavers, rollers)
• Production tracking and schedule adherence
• Blueprint and plan set interpretation
• Jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
